The process

Before your appointment
You complete a detailed homeopathic questionnaire and intake forms before we meet. I review your case in advance, so our time together is focused from the first minute.
The consultation
The initial consultation typically lasts 60 to 90 minutes. We explore your physical concerns, emotional patterns, personal history, and the deeper tendencies that shape your health.
Follow-ups are 30 to 45 minutes, usually every 4 to 8 weeks, depending on your response and stage of treatment.
The remedy
After careful analysis, a single remedy is selected. Sometimes it is given at the end of the consultation; sometimes after further study of the case.
Remedies are given in water-based doses, adjusted to your sensitivity, vitality, and stage of care.

Practical details
Online sessions
Consultations by Zoom need only a quiet, private space and a stable connection.
Your current care
Homeopathic treatment can be taken alongside medical care. Where a treatment that suppresses a symptom may affect your case, we discuss it openly. Prescription decisions stay with you and your physician.
Between appointments
Email updates are included: up to 3 between visits on the Flexible option, and 10 additional per year on the Comprehensive plan.
Payment
Credit card, Venmo, Zelle, check, or cash.
Rescheduling and cancellations
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged in full.
Insurance and HSA
I do not accept insurance. I can provide an itemized receipt for HSA or FSA reimbursement.
